MAZS MACHINERY can supply hot-rolled seamless tube production line and cold-drawn seamless steel pipe production line with the annual production capacity of 300,000 tons, the size range is from 159mm to 325mm outside diameter. The main equipment includes billet band saw and conveyor units, rotary furnace (16m pitch diameter) (self-prepared by user), two conic-rolls hot piercing mill (horizontal type), Accu-Roll restraining mandrel elongator (with mandrel cooling cycling device), high-pressure descaling device(self-prepared by user), sizing mill (12-stand, φ600mm ), chain-type cooling bed, 6-roll tube straightener, finished pipe band saw and R-part profiling machine for sizing stands (self-prepared by user).

* Two Conic-roll Type Hot Piercing Mill

The conical roller has the characteristics of fast rolling speed, uniform tube thickness, adjustable feeding angle, toe angle, roller saving, PLC control system, etc. It is ultra-precise and highly automated, ranking among the best in the country.

* Slight-stretch Reducing Mill

The three rollers are driven by power respectively, with flexible adjustment. They have the characteristics of high outer diameter accuracy and excellent surface finish.

* Rotating Heat Furnace

Single or dual-feeding available, fueled by LEG, automated furnace-temperature, furnace-pressure, and furnace flow, domestic-topping controlling performance.

* Chain Type Cooling Bed

Chain-type cooling bed, lifted by motor-transmitted, hydraulically-controlled translating, dual-feeding available.

* Hot Rolling Mill

Conical roller, big disk, flexible adjustment, hydraulic-controlled lock system, and balance system, easy and reliable operation.

* Steel Tube Cutter

High-performance steel tube cutter, high-speed and well-finished cut.
